Total Body Balancing... What It's All About?

The goal of Total Body Balancing is to achieve a state of chemical, emotional, physiological, and mental equilibrium.  Our overall energetic sense of ourselves (ie. awareness), becomes faulty when influenced by underlying tensions in our muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments.  This impedes the overall functioning of our entire organism, including our breath.

My massage approach follows the principle of holism as the practitioner evaluates and treats the body as a whole.  The Total Body Balancing approach to healing uses the natural resources of the body as a curative means.  The adjustment to the body prepares the tissues to allow proper distribution of fluids, neural flow and energy flow to promote harmony within the body.


Each session is customized to meet your individual needs.  Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Integration, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral, Sports Massage/Manual Stretching, Breath and Movement coaching, or any combination of  various modalities are applied.
